Q1: Are custom made curtains expensive?

A1: No, prices start at $30 per metre. Contact us for a free measure and quote today.

Q2: When can we come out to measure?

A1: We do our best to work in with you and can come to see you when you are available. Call or email us to arrange a time for us to come to you and do a free measure and quote.

Q3: Do we sell thermal curtains?

A3: Yes, thermal curtains provide an excellent thermal insulating layer, Thermal coated fabric starts from $30 per metre or unlined with thermal lining starts from $40 per metre.

Q4: Are finance options available?

A4: Yes, we offer Gem Visa offer 6 months and Q Card offer 12 months interest free *conditions apply.

Q5: What s the difference in the Sunscreen percentage factor (3%, 5% or 10%)?

A5: The bigger the percentage factor the more filtered the sunlight is coming through.

Q6: Can your blind be fitted inside or outside the frame?

A6: Yes depending on your window style, click here to book a free measure and quote.

Q7: Are the curtains lined?

Yes, depending on the type of fabric you have selected. Some fabrics have inbuilt thermal qualities and do not require a lining. Others need a lining to protect the curtain fabric and improve its thermal qualities. Please talk to one of our consultants about the range of options available.

Q8: How much should my track extend out from each side of the window?

In most cases, your track should extend 250mm- 350mm on each side of the window. This allows room to draw the curtain back from the window.

Q9: Can I wash these drapes?

For the best care of your investment we advise sending your curtains to a specialist curtain cleaning company. We can recommend providers, they do an amazing job and will make your curtains last.

Q10: Do you have a brochure I can take away?

Yes, you will find brochures in our showroom at 213 John F Kennedy Drive, Palmerston North

Q11: Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

No, these curtains are made to order, and are non-refundable. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Q12: Can I add to/change my order?

Once production has started, you cannot make changes to your order. If you wish to order more drapes you will need to place another order.

Q13: How do you ensure the curtains are consistent in colour?

Where possible, your curtains are made from a single roll of fabric. If multiple rolls are required, we match them as closely as possible.

Q14: What is your returns policy?

All our curtains are custom made and are non-returnable, unless the product has a manufacturing defect.

Q15: I have found a fault on my curtains, what do I do?

You will need to ring or email us, we are more than happy to discuss your options.

Q16: Do the curtain fabrics have a fire rating?

If fabric with a fire rating is one of your requirements, we have a large range of fabrics to meet your needs. Ask your consultant for more detail on fire ratings for fabric.
