+ Are the blinds lined?
Yes, depending on the type of fabric you have selected. Some fabrics have inbuilt thermal qualities and do not require a lining. Others need a lining to protect the curtain fabric and improve its thermal qualities. Please talk to one of our consultants about the range of options available.
+ Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
No, these blinds are made to order, and are non-refundable. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
+ Can I add to/change my order?
Once production has started, you cannot make changes to your order. If you wish to order more drapes you will need to place another order.
+ I have found a fault on my blinds, what do I do?
You will need to ring or email us, we are more than happy to discuss your options.
+ Do the blind fabrics have a fire rating?
If fabric with a fire rating is one of your requirements, we have a large range of fabrics to meet your needs. Ask your consultant for more detail on fire ratings for fabric.
