What is guaranteed
Subject to the terms in our guarantee document, we warrant that:

Products not listed carry a minimum 2 year guarantee. Some products are covered by a longer manufacturer warranty. Contact us about your specific product.
If something is not right
If you think there is a manufacturing fault, ring us on 0800 608 608 or email warranty@curtains2u.co.nz as soon as possible, and quote your invoice number. Where a valid claim exists, we repair or replace the affected product or component.
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Normal wear and tear, misuse and natural fading are not covered. The full guarantee lists what is and is not covered.
